RETUR

Som kunde hos Handskerummet.dk har du fuld retur ret på de produkter du køber hos os. Du kan til enhver tid få dine penge retur, hvis du sender varen retur, sammen med en kopi af din ordrebekræftelse, og den ankommer ubrugt og intakt som da du modtog varen. Retur skal ske inden for 14 dage. Vi tilbagefører pengene direkte til dit kreditkort. Når du udnytter fortrydelsesretten, skal du selv betale for returfragten.

RETURNS

As a costumer at handskerummet.dk you have right to return all product that you have bought with us. You can have your money refunded at any time, if you send back the product, along with a copy of your order confirmation, and it arrives unused and intact as when you received the product. If the item is not intact / unused, we reserve the right to deduct an amount corresponding to the impairment we believe the item has received. Returns must be made within 14 days. We will refund the money directly to your credit card. When you exercise the right of withdrawal, you have to pay for the return freight yourself.
